We’ve resolved the issue that was affecting PitPedia’s automatic website emails.

This includes password reset emails, account notifications, listing-related messages, and other emails sent when you take certain actions on PitPedia.

Password reset emails should now be working again. If you recently tried to reset your password and did not receive the email, please request a new password reset.

If the email does not arrive within a few minutes, please check your spam or junk folder.

We’re continuing to make improvements across PitPedia, and one area we’re addressing now is website email reliability.

Some community members recently let us know that certain website emails are not arriving as expected. This may include password reset emails, account notifications, listing-related messages, and other automatic emails sent by the website.

What This Means

If you are waiting on an email from PitPedia, it may be delayed while we complete this update.

Your account and listings have not been removed because of this email issue.

What We’re Improving

We are moving PitPedia to a more reliable email delivery system so important website emails can be sent more consistently.

This will also give our team better visibility into whether emails are being delivered successfully, which helps us find and fix issues faster in the future.

We expect to have this completed within the next 48-72 hours.
